Peec AI is a self-serve tracker with public prices from $95 a month, while Adobe Brand Visibility (LLM Optimizer) is a sales-led enterprise product that connects to Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Analytics, with a trial open only to existing Adobe customers. Peec AI suits teams on any stack that want daily tracking at a known price, and Adobe suits large Adobe shops that want fixes deployed at the edge and AI traffic tied to revenue. DeepSmith is a strong alternative for teams that want tracking and publish-ready articles on one self-serve plan, on any CMS it publishes to.

Peec AI vs Adobe Brand Visibility is mostly a question about who can buy and who can start. Adobe renamed LLM Optimizer to Adobe Brand Visibility and stopped selling the old name on 31 July 2026, so people searching for Peec AI vs Adobe LLM Optimizer end up in the same place. If your company does not run Adobe Experience Manager, the useful question is how much of Adobe's value you could actually use. This page goes through both products using each vendor's public pages and review sites, and it places DeepSmith as a third option for teams that also need the articles written.

Peec AI vs Adobe Brand Visibility: the short answer

  • Choose DeepSmith if you want AI visibility tracking and publish-ready article production on one self-serve plan, from $99 a month with a 7-day free trial, and you publish to WordPress, Webflow, Strapi, Sanity, Contentful or your own webhooks.
  • Choose Peec AI if you want daily prompt-level tracking at a published price, from $95 a month, and you will write the content yourself or with your own AI tools.
  • Choose Adobe Brand Visibility if your company already runs Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Analytics or Customer Journey Analytics, and you want fixes deployed at the CDN edge and AI traffic tied to revenue under an Adobe contract.

Peec AI

Peec AI homepage presenting its AI search analytics platform for marketing teams.

Peec AI is an AI search analytics tool from Berlin-based Peec AI GmbH, founded in January 2025. It runs your tracked prompts every day through AI engines, mostly by scraping their consumer interfaces with in-country infrastructure, and reports visibility, position, sentiment, share of voice and the sources each answer cites. It is built for SEO, content and marketing teams, and for agencies, that want daily tracking at a published self-serve price.

Brand plans run from Starter at $95 a month, with 50 prompts, three active models and unlimited users, up to Advanced at $495, plus a custom Enterprise tier. The standout is how much sits on the cheapest plan. Source analytics, query fan-outs, AI Shopping, crawler analytics and an MCP server are all included from the entry level.

The real limits are on the self-serve brand plans. You choose three active models, Perplexity costs extra, and Claude, Grok and several other models are Enterprise only. Countries are capped at one on Starter and three on Pro and Advanced. Peec AI also does not write content, and its Actions page says users create the content themselves. In January 2026 Peec said it was pursuing SOC 2 but did not offer a report yet.

Reviewers on G2 rate it 4.8/5 from 20 reviews (checked 2026-09-29), and they praise the interface, quick setup and support. That is a small sample, and individual reviews question how generic some recommendations are.

Adobe Brand Visibility (LLM Optimizer)

Adobe Brand Visibility (LLM Optimizer) product page announcing that Adobe LLM Optimizer is now Adobe Brand Visibility.

Adobe LLM Optimizer launched in June 2025 and, from 31 July 2026, is sold only as Adobe Brand Visibility, which adds Semrush prompt and market data. It tracks brand mentions, citations, sentiment and share of voice, benchmarks up to five competitors, reads AI crawler traffic from CDN logs, and deploys optimizations for AI agents at the CDN edge or in Adobe Experience Manager. It is built for large enterprises, especially ones already on Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Analytics or Customer Journey Analytics.

The standout is that it acts on what it finds. Adobe says edge changes go live in minutes with instant rollback, and it ties AI referral traffic to conversions and revenue through Adobe Analytics. Adobe's product page says edge deployment is compatible with Fastly, Akamai and Cloudflare, so the product is not limited to Experience Manager sites.

The limits are about access and setup. There is no public price, and the purchase path is a consultation request. The only free access is a trial for eligible Adobe customers. Brand Presence refreshes weekly by default, and a G2 reviewer called CDN log forwarding an onboarding barrier because it needs IT and security work.

G2 shows 3.7/5 from five reviews (checked 2026-09-30), four of them incentivized, so the signal is thin. The reviewers who were positive pointed to the Experience Manager integration and edge deployment.

DeepSmith: the alternative that tracks and writes

DeepSmith homepage presenting one platform for AI search analytics and content production.

Neither Peec AI nor Adobe Brand Visibility is described as writing full articles. Peec AI says its users create the content themselves. Adobe's pages describe fixes deployed to existing pages, prioritized briefs, and content for outside surfaces such as Wikipedia, YouTube and Reddit, and they do not describe producing new on-site articles. Both do the first half of the job well, which is showing where you are missing. The gap is what happens next, and in both cases it lands on your writers.

DeepSmith puts tracking and production on the same platform. AI Visibility checks the prompts you define on a schedule and reports mention rate, citation rate, share of voice and sentiment, along with the pages AI cites and the competitors winning citations.

DeepSmith's AI Visibility overview, shown with demo data, tracks mention rate, citation rate and share of voice as separate metrics with a per-engine breakdown and a competitor leaderboard.

Opportunity Agents read that data and return content ideas, each carrying the data point that justifies it. The Writer then turns a planned idea into a finished article that is researched, internally and externally linked, and comes with a cover image and publish-ready metadata. Deep IQ grounds every article in your company, products, personas, voice and content types. Autowrite can run the whole sequence on a schedule, and Produced Content publishes to WordPress, Webflow, Strapi, Sanity, Contentful or your own webhooks.

DeepSmith's Produced Content view, shown with demo data, lists finished articles and opens one with its cover image, word count, section and link counts and a Publish button.

Plans are public. Pro is $99 a month ($80 billed annually) with 50 tracked prompts, 20 articles a month and ChatGPT tracking, Grow is $199 with 40 articles and adds Perplexity, Scale is $399 with 90 articles and adds Gemini, and Enterprise is custom and covers all ten engines. There is a 7-day free trial and no long-term contract. DeepSmith is rated 4.8/5 on G2 and is SOC 2, GDPR and ISO certified.

Access and setup for non Adobe teams

Peec AI is the easier product to get into, and it is the only one of the two that a company outside Adobe's customer base can try on its own. It has a self-serve signup with a free trial, though its pages do not state the trial length. You can start on Starter at $95 a month, and Peec says first scores arrive within minutes, which is the vendor's own claim.

Anyone weighing Peec AI vs Adobe LLM Optimizer for non Adobe teams will find the Adobe answer is mixed. Adobe's product page says edge deployment works with Fastly, Akamai and Cloudflare, so a company that does not run Experience Manager can in principle buy it. Several parts of the product still lean on the Adobe stack. Adobe's documentation limits the trial to eligible Experience Manager Cloud Service or Adobe Analytics and Customer Journey Analytics customers, with 100 prompts, one domain and up to 50 URLs for one opportunity type on activations after April 2026. Revenue attribution runs through Adobe Analytics, and a Google Analytics integration for paid customers only arrived in May 2026. There is no self-serve plan, and setup can require CDN log forwarding.

What DeepSmith does: DeepSmith is self-serve for any team. You start a 7-day free trial, and onboarding fills in your brand brief, competitors, starter tracking prompts and first batch of ideas before you pay. Publishing goes to WordPress, Webflow, Strapi, Sanity, Contentful or your own webhooks, so it does not depend on one CMS or one analytics suite.

Pricing and value

Peec AI wins on pricing clarity, because Adobe publishes no price to compare against. Peec AI lists brand plans at $95 (Starter, 50 prompts), $245 (Pro, 150 prompts, two projects) and $495 (Advanced, 350 prompts, five projects) a month, all with unlimited users. Annual billing takes about 15 percent off, and a third-party reading on 2026-09-04 put annual prices at $80, $205 and $420 a month. Perplexity is a paid add-on from $30 a month on annual billing. Agencies buy a separate credit-based plan that starts at $245 a month.

Adobe has no pricing page for Brand Visibility. According to its product description, licenses are set per prompts per year in the sales order, and an earlier LLM Optimizer pricing page that listed a 1,000-prompt annual minimum now redirects. The paid entitlement includes Semrush Enterprise AIO, with 40 full users, 150 projects and 800 AIO credits a month, which adds real value if you want Semrush data as well. The cost of all this is a quote that you can only get by talking to sales.

What DeepSmith does: DeepSmith prices tracking and production together and publishes the numbers. Plans are $99, $199 and $399 a month, or $80, $160 and $299 billed annually, with 20, 40 and 90 articles a month and 50, 100 and 200 tracked prompts. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees, and there is no second tool to budget for.

Engine coverage and tracking method

Peec AI is ahead on documented engine coverage and refresh rate, and Adobe is ahead on prompt research data. Peec AI's brand plans list ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Google AI Mode, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot and Naver AI, and you choose three to keep active. Perplexity needs an add-on, and Claude, Grok, DeepSeek and Mistral appear on Enterprise. Tracking runs daily, and the raw answers are stored so you can read them.

Adobe says it covers up to ten LLM families. Its product pages name ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Mode, Claude and Microsoft Copilot, and release notes add Grok, DeepSeek, Gemini and Google AI Overviews in specific modules, but no matrix shows which engines a license samples. Brand Presence refreshes weekly by default, and daily refresh can be requested during onboarding at a possible extra fee. Adobe's prompt research draws on nearly 300 million AI search prompts from Semrush, which is a research corpus and not your own prompt allowance. Adobe's security overview says configured prompts go to public LLM APIs and public interfaces are crawled, and the mix per engine is not published.

What DeepSmith does: DeepSmith tracks ten named engines: ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, Google AI Overviews, Google AI Mode, Grok, Meta AI, Microsoft Copilot and DeepSeek. Coverage rises by plan, from ChatGPT on Pro to all ten on Enterprise. Discover Prompts builds a starter set from your product, persona and buyer-stage context, and each prompt keeps its full answer history.

Reporting, attribution and data access

Adobe wins on revenue attribution for a team already on Adobe Analytics, and Peec AI wins on open data access. Adobe's native Adobe Analytics and Customer Journey Analytics integrations tie LLM referral traffic to conversions and revenue, and release notes put the Adobe Analytics integration at general availability in April 2026. The pages reviewed for this comparison do not describe a public API or an MCP server for Adobe Brand Visibility.

Peec AI lists AI referrals and a Google Analytics integration on every brand plan, though the depth of the Google Analytics link is unverified. It also has an MCP server on every brand plan, CSV exports, a Looker Studio connector from Advanced, and a customer API documented as beta. The API is listed from Pro in the pricing grid, but the Enterprise card and the API docs say Enterprise only, so check that before you buy. Crawl insights read logs from sources such as Vercel, Cloudflare, AWS and Akamai.

What DeepSmith does: The Pages view shows which of your pages AI cites, each page's share of your citations and the prompts behind them. A read-only REST API with scoped keys runs at 120 requests per minute, the MCP server exposes 23 read-only tools to assistants such as Claude, Cursor and Copilot, and signed webhooks notify your own systems about content status changes.

From insight to action

Adobe is ahead of Peec AI here, because it deploys changes and Peec AI leaves the work to you. Adobe describes CDN-edge deployment for AI agents, Experience Manager content updates, technical fixes for blocked crawlers, missing structured data and 404s, and prioritized briefs. Its product description allows up to 1,000 optimization deployments a year. Some G2 reviewers questioned how useful or mature the content recommendations are, and the fixes apply to pages that already exist.

Peec AI's Actions give prioritized on-page and off-page recommendations with a relative opportunity score, and gap analysis is included on every plan. Its own FAQ says users still create the content, and briefs or page rewrites come only from an outside assistant working over the MCP server.

What DeepSmith does: DeepSmith carries a finding all the way to a published page. Opportunity Agents return ideas with their evidence, New Ideas holds the backlog, Planned Content schedules it, and the Writer produces the article with keyword coverage, heading structure, schema, internal links and metadata applied during writing. Autowrite can take it to published without anyone in the app, and Repurpose adds social posts for each finished article.

Which should you choose

In an Adobe Brand Visibility vs Peec AI decision, the first thing to settle is whether you run the Adobe stack. Whether you land on Peec AI or Adobe Brand Visibility, it helps to decide who will write the pages that close the gaps.

  • DeepSmith fits marketing teams that want to see where they are missing in AI answers and produce the articles that close those gaps without adding a second tool, on public plans with a 7-day free trial.
  • Peec AI fits teams on any stack that mainly want daily tracking at a published price from $95 a month and already have writers or other AI tools for the content, and agencies that want credit-based client plans.
  • Adobe Brand Visibility fits large enterprises already on Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Analytics or Customer Journey Analytics that have IT capacity for CDN setup and are comfortable buying through an Adobe contract.

Frequently asked questions

Is Adobe Brand Visibility only for Adobe customers?

Not strictly. Adobe's product page says edge deployment works with Fastly, Akamai and Cloudflare, so the product is not tied to Experience Manager. Still, the only free trial is for eligible Adobe customers, there is no self-serve plan, and revenue attribution runs through Adobe Analytics. A company outside the Adobe stack can buy it through sales but will use less of it.

Is Adobe LLM Optimizer the same as Adobe Brand Visibility?

Yes, with a change. Adobe folded LLM Optimizer into Adobe Brand Visibility in June 2026 and added Semrush prompt and market data. From 31 July 2026 only Brand Visibility is sold, and existing LLM Optimizer contracts carry over. Older reviews may not match the current product.

How much does Peec AI cost compared with Adobe Brand Visibility?

Peec AI brand plans cost $95, $245 and $495 a month on monthly billing, with a custom Enterprise tier. Adobe publishes no price for Brand Visibility, and licenses are quoted per prompts per year through sales.

Is there an alternative to Peec AI and Adobe Brand Visibility that also writes the content?

DeepSmith tracks AI answers and produces publish-ready, Deep IQ-grounded articles on one self-serve platform, from $99 a month with a 7-day free trial. It publishes to WordPress, Webflow, Strapi, Sanity, Contentful or your own webhooks.
